1. Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation by the client, the invoice fee is non-refundable. Cancellations made [7 days] prior to the scheduled session may incur additional charges. If the photographer needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments will be refunded in full or rescheduled at the client's convenience.

2. Agreement Details: The duration of the agreement will be [the date of shooting until up to 60 days after this date]. Additional time beyond the agreed-upon duration may be available upon request and is subject to additional charges. The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the location, date, and desired details of the agreement.

3. Usage Rights: Christian Germoso retains the copyright to all images and content captured during the agreement. The client is granted personal usage rights to the images and content for non-commercial purposes only. Commercial usage rights must be negotiated separately and may incur additional fees.

4. Client Cooperation: The client agrees to cooperate with Christian Germoso and follow any instructions or guidelines provided to ensure the success of the session. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of the session without refund.

5. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or technical malfunctions.

6. Confidentiality: All media captured throughout the session must remain undisclosed and cannot be shared outside of the usage defined in article 3 above or by clients that have booked this session itself. This media must not be distributed by any other party and will not be owned by anyone other than Christian Germoso and their clients

By booking a session with Christian Germoso, the client acknowledges that they have agreed to the terms and conditions above.
